1 ounce bourbon (try Knob Creek or Bulleit)
¾ ounce Sweet Potato Simple Syrup (recipe here)
½ ounce Bitter Truth Pimento Dram (allspice liqueur)
1 ounce Green River Ambrosia Ginger Libation
Lemon twist and sprinkle of paprika, for garnish
In a shaker with ice, combine bourbon, Sweet Potato Simple Syrup, Pimento Dram, and Ginger Libation. Stir until well chilled. Strain into an iced rocks glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist and a sprinkle of paprika.
