6 ounces feta cheese, preferably in 1 chunk
¼ cup golden raisins
Freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Crackers, bread, sliced vegetables, for serving
Preheat oven to 425°. Drizzle olive oil into bottom of a small baking dish or casserole, just large enough to hold feta. Sprinkle cheese with raisins, rosemary, and several grinds of black pepper over feta. Drizzle maple syrup and oil over feta.
Bake in oven until browned and bubbling, about 15 minutes. Serve with bread, crackers, and vegetables, as desired.
